Rehabilitation through CAS and privately
Fidelity Med Clinic provides medical rehabilitation services both through the Romanian public health insurance system (CAS), under the applicable conditions and subject to available funding, and privately.
For CAS appointments, reception can provide information about the required documents, availability and access conditions.
How the rehabilitation programme begins
1. Consultation and assessment
The specialist assesses the patient and establishes the medical indications for rehabilitation.
2. Individualized plan
Depending on the diagnosis and goals, the appropriate combination of procedures and exercises is recommended.
3. Treatment and monitoring
The team monitors the patient’s progress and adapts the programme according to the medical recommendation.

Included procedures are established according to the medical recommendation and individual rehabilitation plan. Packages include standard physiotherapy procedures, standard 25–30 minute kinetotherapy and/or therapeutic massage, depending on the selected option. They do not include TECAR, Shockwave / ESWT, extended kinetotherapy or other special services.
Medical rehabilitation for children
Fidelity Med Clinic also offers pediatric kinetotherapy, with programmes adapted to the child’s age and functional needs, in a safe and friendly environment.
Conditions for which patients frequently seek medical rehabilitation
Medical rehabilitation may be recommended in a wide range of situations, depending on the doctor’s assessment and the patient’s functional goals.
Adults
- cervical, thoracic and lower-back pain;
- osteoarthritis and other degenerative joint conditions;
- rehabilitation after trauma, sprains, fractures or immobilization;
- rehabilitation after orthopedic surgery, when medically indicated;

- situations in which pediatric kinetotherapy is recommended following specialist assessment.
The indication, type and duration of the rehabilitation programme are established individually after medical assessment.

How do I start rehabilitation?
The first step is an assessment by a specialist in physical and rehabilitation medicine. At Fidelity Med, consultations are provided by Dr. Codruța Cioponea. Your rehabilitation plan is tailored to you following the assessment.
How much do consultations and sessions cost?
A private consultation costs 300 RON and a follow-up consultation costs 150 RON. A 25–30 minute therapeutic exercise session costs 85 RON. Procedure and package prices are listed above. The total depends on the recommended services; consultations are charged separately from treatment packages.
Can I request an appointment online?
Yes. Use the appointment request form or email contact@fidelitymed.ro. Sending a request does not reserve a time slot: the clinic must confirm the date and time.
